Job Responsibility:
Prepare contracts, tenant files, and lease booklets
Assist with rent postings and basic reporting
Schedule contractor visits and inspections
Translate documents and communications as needed
Maintain compliance documents and filing systems
Serve as bilingual contact for vendors and residents
Support data entry, database management, and other administrative duties
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
1–2 years administrative experience
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in real estate or property management preferred
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities
Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and prioritize multiple tasks
