Job Responsibility
Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for executives and team members
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both languages
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Organize and manage files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed
Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years)
Fluency in English and French is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
High school diploma or equivalent
additional education in business administration or a related field is a big plus
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative responsibilities
