Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to internal teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in both English and Spanish
Prepare, translate, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation
Greet visitors and assist with front desk responsibilities as needed
Support internal teams with data entry, order processing, and general clerical tasks
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
