Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings
  • Serve as a bilingual point of contact for internal teams, clients, and visitors (Spanish/English)
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism
  • Prepare, translate, and proofread documents in both Spanish and English as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and data entry across internal platforms
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks
