Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) to support fast-paced and dynamic organizations throughout the Bay Area. Job Responsibility
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings
Serve as a bilingual point of contact for internal teams, clients, and visitors (Spanish/English)
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism
Prepare, translate, and proofread documents in both Spanish and English as needed
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and data entry across internal platforms
Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
