We are continuously seeking top bilingual Administrative Assistant / Receptionists for local ongoing opportunities around the San Fernando Valley. The ideal candidate is results-oriented & is deeply passionate about growing their career. Bilingual in Spanish is a must. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties, while offering the highest tier customer service to guests/visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Requirements:
Bilingual English & Spanish
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access
Internet research skills
Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills highly desired
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
