Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Accounting Clerk (English/Spanish) to support daily accounting operations on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients, vendors, and team members.

Job Responsibility

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documentation
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams in both English and Spanish
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and reporting tasks
  • Assist with data entry, audit preparation, and other clerical duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
  • 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
