We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Accounting Clerk (English/Spanish) to support daily accounting operations on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients, vendors, and team members.
Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and statements
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documentation
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams in both English and Spanish
Support the accounting team with administrative and reporting tasks
Assist with data entry, audit preparation, and other clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
