Job Description:

The Account Executive team is key to continuing Brevo's growth and is responsible for selling the core Brevo product offering. The Account Executive will receive inbound opportunities, qualify these leads, and either close them using a high-velocity sales process or pass Enterprise opportunities to the Enterprise Account Executive. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell existing customers. We are looking for an exceptional individual contributor to target and acquire new customers with a specific focus on the US and Canadian markets. You’ll report directly to the Head of North America Sales, and you’ll be a major contributor to Brevo's success in the mid-market segment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grow Brevo’s revenues by outperforming on signing large new accounts
  • Maintain a monthly sales target
  • Add great value to our clients by solving their pains and delivering them the best solution possible
  • Qualify inbound opportunities, develop your pipe of mid-market-qualified opportunities
  • Maintain customer relationships while sourcing upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, as well as contribute to improving our tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of success in sales/closing deals, ideally in SaaS B2B (MarTech is preferred)
  • Understand sales processes and adapt to both complex and fast-paced sales cycles
  • Proficiency in using CRM/Tech stack to help accelerate your pipeline management efforts
  • Take the time to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and provide tailored solutions
  • Welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to the development of new systems and processes
  • Genuinely interested in people and motivated to help them achieve their goals
  • Adaptable and productive in a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
