Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and coordinate to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts
Serving as development lead on medium-scale projects
Analyzing and troubleshooting coding, application performance and design challenges
Researching root cause of development and performance concerns
Resolving defects
Understanding engineering needs including build, maintain, and operate requirements
Information modeling, data structures and algorithms
Participating in design discussions as Development Lead
Working with industry vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps
Participating in full development life cycle
Communicating progress, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management
Assessing development processes, test plans, and operations
Sharing knowledge with team through various forums

Requirements:

8-10 years in a product development/product management environment
BigData, Pyspark, Hive design, development, implementation experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Experience affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
