Job Description

Role purpose: We are looking for a Data Scientist who will support our customer value management teams with data-driven insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets to drive optimization, automation, and data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance customer journeys and commercial strategies through AI and analytics
  • Translate business problems into analytical frameworks, define hypotheses, and develop scalable Machine Learning solutions
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and Machine Learning solution development
  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline
  • Solid programming skills in Python and experience with SQL and large-scale data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks and AI libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Keras, H2O, or similar

Nice to have

Experience working with Cloud Platforms and Apache Spark will be considered a plus
