Job Responsibility:
Coordinate all aspects of the bid and proposal preparation process
Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation quickly
Follow up with prospective clients to meet deadlines
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with stakeholders to align with company policies and objectives
Review and analyze contractual documents and requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of project specifications and terms
Assess contractual risks and propose mitigative strategies
Maintain accurate records of contracts and proposals, ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date
Support the project teams by providing contract administration and compliance advice throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
