A high-performing bid team within the soft FM industry is seeking an experienced Bid Team Leader to lead the production of high-value bids, tenders, and presentations across diverse sectors. This role oversees a team of proposal professionals to deliver compelling, compliant, and strategic bid documents.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to produce standout bid submissions
  • Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from kick-off to submission
  • Drive bid strategy, win themes, and content innovation
  • Manage workflows, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Champion best practices in bid management and creative delivery
  • Review bid content and design elements of the proposal, jumping in to assist if necessary

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in senior bid management roles using best practice methodologies like Shipley
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in deadline-driven environments with a creative edge

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
