Job Responsibility:
Administration of central mailboxes
Working with bid managers to prepare tender and proposal documentation
Processing clarifications from customers
Uploading documents to internal and external portals
Formatting tender documentation for final submission
Graphic creation and editing
Reviewing and processing tender notices
Provide advice on frameworks
Produce required management reporting
Undertake other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Organised, structured, and a good team player within an office environment
Able to work unaccompanied
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed, articulate, accurate and flexible
Good attention to detail
Ability to multi-task effectively and work to tight deadlines
Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Office product suite (particularly Word)
Good keyboard skills
Ability or potential to learn to format documents using templates and styles
English and maths qualifications
Good command of English grammar and numeracy
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Experience of contributing to process improvements
Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK
