Cybernet is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, techno-commercial Bid Specialist to join its Presales function. This role is primarily responsible for end-to-end bid management, ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids across enterprise and carrier-grade solutions. The Bid Specialist will act as the central coordinator throughout the bid lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Presales, Product, Finance, Legal, PMO, Technical teams and Management to ensure timely, accurate, and well-positioned bid submissions that support Cybernet’s business growth and strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for technical, commercial, legal, and financial sections of proposals
Support costing validation, pricing alignment, and business case preparation in coordination with Finance
Act as the single point of contact for all bid-related coordination between Sales, Presales, Product, Finance, Legal, PMO, and external partners
Maintain and continuously enhance a bid repository including templates, past proposals, and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Systems, or a related discipline. MBA or business-related qualification will be considered an added advantage
2–4 years of relevant experience in bid management, proposal development, or presales, preferably within Telecom, IT, or Managed Services environments
Strong understanding of techno-commercial bids, tendering processes, and compliance requirements
Good understanding of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, FTTH GPON/ fixed line networks
Excellent business writing, documentation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal documentation tools.
