Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bid & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Global Bid and Sales Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in developing experience across bid management, sales operations, forecasting support, and commercial processes within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will help coordinate RFP/RFI responses, maintain proposal documentation, support forecasting and reporting activities, and act as a key operational contact for day-to-day sales process queries. The role supports our global teams across multiple time zones.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Bid Managers in coordinating and delivering RFI/RFP submissions, ensuring timelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards are met
  • Assist with organising bid kick-offs, review sessions, stakeholder inputs, and document tracking across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain bid trackers, content libraries, and proposal templates to support efficient response development
  • Ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, version control, and alignment with brand and governance standards
  • Take ownership of selected RFI/RFP responses, managing them end-to-end
  • Coordinate internal contributors to gather responses, track progress, and ensure timely submission of owned bids
  • Support post-submission reviews and capture key learnings to continuously improve bid quality and process efficiency
  • Support Sales teams and Business Analyst in day-to-day operational requests
  • Assist with maintaining accurate opportunity and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Support the regional forecasting process by ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Collaborate with global teams to support aligned reporting and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across bid and sales workflows

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, bid coordination, business analysis, commercial support, or a similar role (internships or placement experience considered)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting (CRM experience beneficial)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams
