What we are looking for: We’re looking for a Bid Performance Lead, to take ownership of how we measure, analyse, and continuously improve bid success across the business. This is a high‑impact role focused on performance insight, governance, and embedding best practice to help us win more — and bid better. You’ll work closely with Bid Manager, Bid Strategy Lead, and senior leaders, turning data and lessons learned into tangible improvements in quality, efficiency, and return on investment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning bid performance metrics, including win rate, bid efficiency, pipeline health, and cost of bidding
  • Producing clear, actionable insight and dashboards for senior stakeholders
  • Leading post-bid reviews and embedding lessons learned into future bids
  • Supporting bid/no-bid decision-making through data-led analysis
  • Improving bid processes, tools, templates, and governance
  • Partnering with bid teams to improve consistency and quality across submissions

Requirements:

Previous experience working within the NHS and with Wheelchair experience is essential.
