Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for your next challenge in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Bid Manager to support its growth strategy by delivering compelling bid submissions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a real impact on business success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver effective bid management plans from opportunity to submission
  • Coordinate internal and external Subject Matter Experts to gather and shape bid content
  • Write, edit, and review bid responses to ensure clarity, compliance, and win themes
  • Support the Head of Sales throughout the governance process and client presentations
  • Maintain and develop a central bid library to capture best practice and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven bid management experience within the Facilities Management industry
  • Strong written, editing, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into winning solutions
  • Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and bid management processes (Salesforce experience desirable)
