Job Description:
Your key responsibilities: Business & Sales Support: Partner with Sales and Account teams during opportunity qualification and pre-bid phases to assess feasibility, clarify scope, and define response strategy aligned with client requirements. Technical & Commercial Proposal Development: Coordinate and consolidate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal) to structure, draft, review, and finalize high-quality technical and commercial proposals. Ensure proposals clearly articulate value proposition, solution architecture, service scope, SLAs, and differentiators. Tender & RFP Management: Lead end-to-end preparation and submission of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and client tenders across IT and SaaS environments. Manage compliance matrices, document version control, timelines, and submission requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery. Utilize proposal management tools (e.g., Responsive/RFPIO or similar) to streamline response workflows. Pricing & Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Finance and Sales to support cost estimation, pricing consolidation, and margin validation to ensure commercially competitive and profitable offers. Stakeholder & Process Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between technical, commercial, and legal teams to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the bid lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement in bid processes by developing templates, response libraries, knowledge bases, and best practices to increase efficiency and quality of submissions.
