Job Responsibility

Track and distribute bid opportunities to align with strategic goals across various sectors
Analyse tender documentation to prioritise relevant aspects of the bid process
Conduct comprehensive research on clients, projects, stakeholders, and competitors to identify winning strategies
Champion the agreed strategy and ensure all team members are engaged and informed
Define client requirements and deliverables while managing timelines and accountability
Lead the bid programme, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the process
Facilitate progress meetings and engage with external consultants for their insights
Ensure legal documents are reviewed ahead of submission
Manage communications regarding client tender clarifications and gather required responses

Requirements

At least 3 years of total experience, preferably with at least 2 years on Airport / large transportation projects

Manage bid governance coordination and qualification processes, including opportunity mailbox management.

Engage with the commercial components of our submissions.
Take ownership of social value content and integration within bidding.
Maintain and continuously improve bid content libraries.
Manage smaller opportunities independently, with support from senior colleagues on more complex bids.
