Proven bid management experience within the Facilities Management industry
Strong written, editing, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
The ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into winning solutions
Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and bid management processes (Salesforce experience desirable)

Job Responsibility

Develop, maintain, and deliver effective bid management plans from opportunity to submission
Coordinate internal and external Subject Matter Experts to gather and shape bid content
Write, edit, and review bid responses to ensure clarity, compliance, and win themes
Support the Head of Sales throughout the governance process and client presentations
Maintain and develop a central bid library to capture best practice and innovation
