We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support our Business Development Director and team. Job Responsibility:
Own and coordinate the full tender cycle process
Understand the complete internal bid management process and systems
Manage allocated bids, including implementing the Bids and Proposals Procedure, collating, and checking content and bid team inputs
Oversee supply chain input and progression
Assess timescales accurately and estimate resources required for proposals
Identify internal resources and technical contributors to support bids
Design and complete storyboards and bid plans, briefing relevant contributors
Manage contract documentation to ensure due diligence and mitigate risks
Improve the customer experience and recommend changes to stakeholders
Share and encourage best practices to meet overall targets
Comply with all company policies and objectives, embracing the clientsvalues
Arrange and lead handover meetings on successful bids
Perform any other reasonable duties as needed
