We're supporting a UK-based prime contractor operating across public sector frameworks in their search for a Bid Coordinator to join their tendering team. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the bid lifecycle - managing EOIs, RFIs and ITTs from receipt through to submission and follow-up, acting as the key link between customers and delivery partners.
Job Responsibility:
Managing end-to-end bid processes and meeting strict deadlines
Interpreting tender documentation and coordinating partner responses
Handling clarifications and submissions via procurement portals
Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting reporting
Acting as a key point of contact across phone, email, and video
Requirements:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident communicator across written, phone, and video
Able to manage multiple fast-moving tasks under pressure
Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines
Experience in IT / digital services and public sector work
Self-starter who can also work effectively within a team
