As a BID Consultant, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6 to 8 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You will own and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Acting as a true project coordinator, you will mobilize internal teams (Customer Experience, technical, data and AI experts...) to build tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with the future clients' needs and the company’s capabilities. In line with your Sales Director, you will ensure the quality and strategic positioning of the bid, while guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and processes. You play a key role in proposal management, producing high-value, competitive responses consistent with the organization’s commercial strategy. Present across Valtech’s Verticals such as Luxury, CPG, Retail, Mobility... , you hold a strategic position at the core of the bid management process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and structure the full bid process for RFPs and RFI's
  • Coordinate internal teams to gather inputs and validate technical, commercial
  • Shape delivery strategies for proposals, including planning, governance, organization, and pricing, and actively contribute to delivery aspects of RFP responses
  • Ensure proposals are strategically positioned, competitive, and aligned with company objectives
  • Develop compelling and tailored bid documentation that clearly articulates value propositions
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of complete and compliant proposals
  • Maintain bid governance, quality standards, and internal approval processes
  • Analyse our future potential client needs and tender specifications to guide solution design and pricing strategy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of bid management processes, tools, and templates

Requirements:

  • Strong delivery background with experience as Project Manager or Project Director on complex projects
  • Knowledge of one or more technology environments such as Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, or MACH architectures (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and analytical mindset with a high level of rigor and attention to detail
  • Cross-functional leadership and able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage stress effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good ability to liaise between the business and technical communities bridging the gap and driving discussions toward a collaborative solution
  • Strong organization, planning, communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Solid grasp of commercial and contractual frameworks
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project)
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and oral

Nice to have:

  • Fluent in Spanish to talk with the business
  • A willingness to constantly seek new ways to learn, grow, and adapt when needed
  • Ability to leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer relationships effectively
