Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the end-to-end bid process from receipt of opportunity to final submission
Manage bid timelines, trackers and workflows to ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial and supporting content
Maintain bid libraries, templates and standard responses
Ensure bids are compliant with client instructions and evaluation criteria
Support bid kick-off meetings, review sessions and lessons-learned exercises
Proofread and format bid documents to a high standard
Requirements:
Previous experience working within the NHS and with Wheelchair experience is essential.
