An exciting role as a Bid and Tender Executive a salary of £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities. This is a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bid and Tender Executive with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property and technology led car parking company. This role is seeking someone who is looking for a new opportunity to work alongside a brilliant and dynamic team. Euro Car Parks is a market leading parking business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3,500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients. The successful Bid/Tender Executive will utilise their skillsets to retain contracts from new and existing clients. This role requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It requires an ability to multi-task effectively, as well as demonstrating strong people management and commercial acumen. Company specific training will be provided within the role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ownership of the end-to-end bid process, overseeing all logistical and strategic aspects
  • Maintain document version control procedures and processes
  • Analyse client/evaluator requirements and specifications in preparing and drafting materials
  • Oversee delivery of compliant, professionally produced bids within client-defined timeframes
  • Manage process and inputs from stakeholders, focusing on timely delivery of compliant, compelling and client-focused bids
  • Comply with and endorse adherence to established process and protocols throughout
  • Adhere to quality standards in formatting and design
  • Produce initial draft from precedent content for review and input by the board of directors
  • Manage edits, iterations and creation of graphics if possible but not essential
  • Proofread and check documents for compliance ahead of submission

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level but not essential
  • Proven experience of managing bids
  • Successful track record of winning and retaining work
  • Ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced bids and associated materials within client-defined timeframes
  • Ability to co-ordinate and review/edit input from a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain adherence to company house style, branding and corporate visual identity
  • Strong written English language skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Competence in Microsoft and Adobe suites
  • Ability and confidence in communicating and influencing at a senior level
  • Strong time management/prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team

  • Tenders: Coordinate a workgroup to build a strategic pipeline of public procurement opportunities, ensuring the right bids are prioritized and pursued. Lead commercial and operational inputs, pricing strategy, and risk assessment for every tender. Accountable for bid submissions (whilst the tender team is responsible for the submission), ensuring commitments are realistic, and risks are contained or correctly mitigated. Ensure all operational requirements are defined and aligned before submission
  • Contract Management: Quality - Set clear KPIs and processes within the contract in order to follow up on performance. Implement - Ensure supply readiness with local operations for contract ignition. Follow up - Set and monitor contractual KPIs, ensuring consistent SLA delivery. Analyse customer feedback and data to initiate improvements within on-going contracts. Customer contact - Be the customers’ point of contact for managed contracts discussions. Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and procurement requirements. Responsible for P&L management of the tenders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local Operations and Fleet teams to ensure supply readiness. Coordinate with Public Policy, Legal, Finance, B2B and Product to align resources for contract submission and delivery. Provide structured feedback to Product on features or gaps arising from government contracts
  • Organisation: Competition intel - Set up internal processes to collect, aggregate and analyse competition intel and make operational decisions based on that in order to create a competitive pricing offering. Product development - Aggregate product feedback into clear overviews of gaps and share with the organization. Internal collaboration - Clearly see and promote the "bigger picture" of Bolt, not only your own market or business vertical. Find collaborative solutions instead of pushing your own views through. Regulatory risk handling - Be fully aware of the regulatory landscape, the impact on the managed contracts and its impact on Bolt and provide suggestions to the organization on how to address potential and real risks
