Job Description

You’ll play a key role in supporting bids, tenders, and contractual processes - helping ensure we win and deliver work effectively. The Role You’ll be responsible for coordinating bid activity and supporting contract and compliance processes across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating bid and tender activity from initial enquiry through to submission
  • Managing documentation, deadlines, and internal communication across bid teams
  • Supporting the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of proposals
  • Maintaining bid portals, procurement systems, and company profiles
  • Developing and managing a central Bid Library
  • Supporting contract reviews and ensuring client requirements are clearly captured
  • Assisting with supplier coordination and internal tender processes
