Job Description

IWS Water Hygiene is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Administrator to support our tendering process across the UK. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth administration, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids that align with our business goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Tender Portal Administration: Search and identify tenders
  • Complete pre-qualification checks and liaise with business leaders for go/no-go decisions
  • Set up tender files and manage return documentation
  • Log and track tender queries
  • Complete standard questionnaires using approved company data
  • Upload required attachments
  • Tender Coordination: Maintain and update the tender planner
  • Monitor tender inboxes and communicate updates
  • Assist the Bid Manager with data collation, library searches, and information gathering
  • Ensure CRM is updated
  • Tender Folder Management: Create and maintain tender folders with proper version control
  • Notify bid teams of new documents and updates
  • Track and report on tender performance metrics

Requirements

  • Experience in creative writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce persuasive content
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • A desire to grow into a Bid Management role
