You’ll step into a role where you’ll shape the future of reporting and analytics, leading talented cross-functional squads and partnering with the business to unlock insights that drive real impact. You’ll be at the heart of building scalable solutions, championing best practices, and making sure data tells the story it needs to.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead squads to design, deliver, and optimise reporting and analytics solutions
  • Own the quarterly roadmap for recurring reporting across both data platform stacks
  • Partner with the business to identify challenges and solve them using data-driven solutions
  • Promote best practice use of BI tools through communities of practice
  • Reduce manual processes and duplicative effort to speed up insights
  • Ensure solutions are support-ready with documentation, training, and service handover plans
  • Provide L3 support for reporting solutions where needed
  • Align with and deliver to D&A governance frameworks
  • Foster strong partnerships across IT and business domains, especially functional insight teams
  • Estimate and manage team capacity, optimising the use of partner resources

Requirements

  • Strong ability to quantify and communicate business impact through data storytelling and visualisation
  • Proven expertise in leading teams delivering on MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other BI tools
  • Experience in leading cross-functional delivery teams and business partnering
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy and GDPR compliance regulations
  • Skilled in iterative delivery methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Ability to drive adoption of reusable and scalable reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with operational support models and service readiness planning
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities
