  • Ability to quickly understand project requirements and deliver value from day one
  • Strong affinity for designing effective data visualizations that identify trends and unlock key insights
  • Technical and quantitative reasoning skills, including understanding survey questionnaires, research methodologies, and the purpose of research
  • Highly collaborative team player who is focused, self-motivated, detail oriented, accurate, and flexible — able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines
  • Independent project management and time management skills to ensure timely delivery and adaptability in a remote work environment
  • Consistent attendance and reliability are required
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in report and dashboard creation and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Candidates must have reliable internet access and be comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and self-management

Nice to have:

  • Understanding statistical concepts such as significance testing, weighting, Z-Test, etc.
