A leading UK Fintech brand is looking for a data-driven Insight & Analytics Specialist to join their Growth & Retention team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between raw data and commercial strategy, focusing on optimising the customer journey and enhancing long-term user value.

Job Responsibility

  • Visualisation: Design and scale high-impact dashboards (Tableau/Qlik) to track revenue drivers and customer health
  • Data Engineering: Leverage SQL and Python to build scalable ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration
  • Experimentation: Partner with the Growth team to analyse A/B test results and set performance baselines for future scaling
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Success teams, translating complex data into executive-level insights
  • Governance: Drive data integrity and best practices in data management across the function

Requirements

  • SQL Mastery: Proficient in SQL with the ability to query and manipulate large, complex datasets
  • Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Python for automation and a strong portfolio of dashboards in Tableau or Qlik
  • Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience analysing Call Centre, Telephony, or Digital Support metrics
  • Statistical Rigour: A firm grasp of A/B testing methodologies and performance modelling
  • Communication: Proven ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Education: A degree in a STEM or Business discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
