Job Description

Core Responsibilities Lead Business Intelligence initiatives and develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reports using Power BI. Design, develop, and maintain data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations for enterprise reporting. Integrate and analyze business data from SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems. Deliver Commercial Analytics including Sales, Pricing, Revenue, Margin, Forecasting, and Business Performance insights. Build business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows through Power Automate. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reporting standards across enterprise analytics platforms. Lead and mentor the BI team, manage project delivery, and provide analytical recommendations to senior leadership.
