Job Description

Our client from the fitness software (FitTech) industry is looking to strengthen their data capabilities. You will join a team working on BI dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization. The project focuses on improving data quality, reporting, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing, building, and maintaining BI dashboards in Tableau for internal stakeholders
  • Developing and optimizing data models and transformations using Redshift and dbt
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions
  • Ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance across the analytics environment
  • Supporting ad-hoc analysis and providing expertise on data accessibility and interpretation
  • Implementing data governance best practices and documentation standards
  • Monitoring BI platform performance and optimizing existing solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working in B2B software or SaaS companies, preferably in the fitness or related sectors
  • Proficient with Tableau, Amazon Redshift, SQL, and data modeling concepts
  • Familiarity with Python, dbt, and AWS services

Nice to have

  • Experience with Git-based workflows
  • Knowledge of Polish language
  • Previous work supporting business teams in a SaaS environment
