Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the Business, Product, and Engineering teams to identify metrics, reports, and analytics essential for business growth
  • Develop reporting solutions tailored to a diverse range of business requirements and demands
  • Create queries for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as contribute to ongoing reporting initiatives and convey meaning through code reviews
  • Assist in the development of business and marketing strategies by providing valuable insights derived from comprehensive data analysis
  • Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and address key business questions in a data-driven manner
  • Enhance ETL and scheduling processes for improved efficiency

Requirements:

  • A genuine curiosity about improvements and a desire to understand BI technology and the business sector we're in
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data related fields is a must
  • Strong SQL, with experience in different DB engines such as MariaDB, Clickhouse and PostgreSQL is considered a plus
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ownership mentality with strong project management skills and commitment to full project completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, seek and provide constructive feedback, and convey meaning through code reviews
  • You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly motivated, adaptable to tight deadlines, and energized by a dynamic work environment
