Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake
  • Produce detailed reports on key metrics, including pipeline forecasts, average charge rates, and actual vs. target utilization
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified data models
  • Optimize and troubleshoot BI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain documentation
  • Provide support and develop training materials for end-users

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or BI Analyst
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Strong SQL skills with specific experience querying Snowflake
  • Proven experience developing and managing Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, such as star schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems) and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
