Job Responsibility:
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, Apex triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages
Cross-Platform Coding: Develop and maintain applications using other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript) for both backend and frontend projects
Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and SaaS applications, assisting in designing APIs and data models
Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, perform code reviews, troubleshoot software defects, and create clear technical documentation
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and project managers, participating actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements:
You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations
Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET) and application development frameworks
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills, business analysis capabilities (requirements gathering), and the ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Advanced Salesforce certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
