Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Developer/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BI tools, a solid understanding of data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration from various sources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to support their data needs
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert for BI and analytics within the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and overall BI solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance

Requirements:

  • Studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (required)
  • Advanced certifications in BI tools or data analytics (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a BI Developer, Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Strong business acumen to understand and address organizational needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging BI technologies and methodologies
