We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Developer/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BI tools, a solid understanding of data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs
Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration from various sources
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to support their data needs
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions
Act as a subject matter expert for BI and analytics within the organization
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and overall BI solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance
Requirements:
Studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (required)
Advanced certifications in BI tools or data analytics (preferred)
Proven experience as a BI Developer, Analyst, or similar role
Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms
Experience with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
Strong business acumen to understand and address organizational needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging BI technologies and methodologies
Nice to have:
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
