Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline — or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience developing and supporting data engineering solutions
Strong hands-on experience with the Databricks platform
Proficiency in Python and experience working with Apache Spark
Solid understanding of data modeling principles and the ability to assess and enforce data standards
Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS)
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and/or other modern BI tools
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across business and technical teams
Experience supporting architectures and platform designs that enable AI/ML workloads
Nice to have:
Databricks, Power BI, or other data engineering certifications
Experience with Azure Fabric and Synapse Analytics
