Job Description:

This isn’t a dashboard maintenance role. It’s an opportunity to design, build, and scale the modern data platforms that power analytics, automation, AI, and the decisions that shape the business. As our Business Intelligence Architect, you will sit at the heart of the data ecosystem — engineering reliable, high-performance platforms while defining the architectural standards that ensure trust, scalability, and long-term value. You’ll balance hands-on technical execution with strategic architectural leadership, making this role ideal for someone who wants to stay close to the technology while shaping the future of analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape the Enterprise Data Architecture
  • Build High-Performance Data Platforms
  • Enable Insight, AI, and Innovation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline — or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience developing and supporting data engineering solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Databricks platform
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with Apache Spark
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and the ability to assess and enforce data standards
  • Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS)
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and/or other modern BI tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting architectures and platform designs that enable AI/ML workloads

Nice to have:

  • Databricks, Power BI, or other data engineering certifications
  • Experience with Azure Fabric and Synapse Analytics
  • TOGAF or DAMA Certified Data Professional (CDMP)
