BI Analyst

• Conduct market research and analyses to identify new club locations
• Develop business cases for expansion, including new builds, mergers, and acquisitions
• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes to structure data from various sources
• Create data models, views, tables, and reports supporting operational and strategic goals
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to enable informed, data-driven decisions
• Analyse growth, customer behaviour, and performance to identify opportunities and risks
• Query databases to uncover insights related to revenue, member retention, and engagement
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to support commercial and strategic decisions
• Coach and develop a team of Data Analysts
• Establish best practices in analytics, reporting, and data governance
• Act as a key stakeholder for senior leadership, translating business needs into analytical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement within the BI team, including tools, processes, and capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Consultant)
• Proven experience coaching, developing or managing a team
• Strong expertise in data modelling, pipeline creation, and analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with solid experience in Azure SQL environments
• Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines, ideally using Python or Azure Synapse Analytics
• Extensive experience with Power BI, with a track record of building impactful dashboards
• Strong business acumen, ideally within fitness, wellness, retail, or a consumer-focused industry
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear business actions
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Located in the Netherlands
