We’re looking for a passionate, driven, Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to help elevate how we use data across the business. Job Responsibility:

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights
  • Work with well-structured SQL data models from our Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing refinement as business needs evolve
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver timely, impactful data solutions that support our growth
  • Integrate and analyse data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce
  • Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in fostering a data-led culture and promoting self-service BI
  • Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned with business strategy
  • Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight

Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data
  • Understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally with exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC, and related tools
  • Experience working with or building reports in Salesforce, or another CRM
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious, detail orientated, and proactive in improving data quality and reporting efficiency

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI tools or predictive analytics
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Google Tag Manager tagging and tracking pixels
