Job Responsibility:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders
  • Business Intelligence Development: Design and implement BI solutions to meet business requirements by creating and maintaining data models, queries, and stored procedures. Develop and enhance ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of BI solutions, optimize data retrieval processes to reduce latency, and conduct regular performance tuning
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand their needs, communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences, and conduct training sessions on BI tools
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI processes, data sources, and reporting solutions

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI is required, including experience building dashboards, creating reports, and developing data visualisations to support business decision-making
  • Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable BI solutions and clear visual narratives
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, ERP systems) and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for delivering high-quality insights
  • BSc / BA degree
