Job Description

As a BI Analyst II with Everseen, you will design intuitive dashboards, build robust data models, and partner with teams across the business to enable self-service analysis. You will help Everseen and our customers to make informed, data-driven decisions by transforming complex data into clear, actionable business stories.

  • Identify areas for improving data reliability, performance, and quality
  • Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines for data processing
  • Design reports and data processes with compliance considerations in mind to mitigate risks
  • Share skills, knowledge, and expertise across members of the BI analytics team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Partner with operations and sales groups to build advanced reports and dashboards
  • Work with compliance team to ensure regulations and company policies around data are met by design

Requirements

  • 24-36 months experience in a similar role. Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficiency with Power BI, including expertise in dashboard design and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language), including experience with querying databases and performing data manipulation tasks
  • Structured and analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and a strong desire to expand knowledge in the field of BI Analysis
  • Shares skills, knowledge and experience

Nice to have

Familiarity with SQL (considered a plus)
