Job Description

Piccolo Morini – Beverage Manager Piccolo Morini marks the newest opening from Altamarea Group — the acclaimed hospitality company behind Marea, Ai Fiori, and 53 — debuting in SoHo with a vibrant, pasta-driven menu rooted in the traditions of Northern Italy. A natural evolution of the beloved Osteria Morini, Piccolo Morini brings a renewed sense of energy to the neighborhood through handcrafted pastas, Italian small plates, and a lively, convivial dining experience. At its core, Piccolo Morini reflects everything guests have come to love about the Morini legacy: soulful cooking, genuine hospitality, and a warm, unpretentious atmosphere. As part of Altamarea Group, team members join a culture rooted in growth, excellence, and opportunity—where a commitment to people is just as important as a commitment to the guest experience. Position Summary: The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beverage program, including wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings. This role ensures a high-quality, consistent beverage experience aligned with Altamarea Group standards while supporting financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction.
