Job Description:

The Beverage Cart Server at Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain Golf is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service, adhering to company policies and 'Gold Standards', and maintaining a clean and organized work environment while exemplifying top-tier service for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Take orders and input them into the MICROS system
Prepare food and beverages
Bus coffee cart areas
Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Follow safety and security policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Address guests’ service needs and anticipate their requirements
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Support team to reach common goals
Move through narrow or elevated spaces
Perform other job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer
Prepare food and coffee beverages
Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment
Obtain change required for expected business level
Resolve discrepancies and complete designated cashier reports
Follow all company and safety policies
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
