Job Description:

Supervise the restaurant service period at Moxy Sydney Airport, creating cool, energetic, communal spaces with a 'Crew' who helps guests have some fun. The role involves exceeding guest expectations, delivering service excellence, supervising the food and beverage team, and building relationships with customers.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
Be an engaging and inspiring supervisor by providing motivation and support to our crew
Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team

Requirements:

Up to date RSA
Relevant experience in a managerial role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
