We are hiring 3 professional and experienced Best Start Inclusion Practitioners who will play key role in this exciting new national role, ensuring that all children and families, particularly those who may face barriers to accessing services, receive high-quality, inclusive support through the Family Hubs. You should be passionate about working collaboratively with families, early years settings, health professionals, and community partners to identify needs early through the one front door Family Hub. The role will focus on supporting children’s development, wellbeing, school readiness by providing advice, guidance, and direct/support families with other professionals. You will champion inclusive practice and reducing inequalities. You will be skilled in building strong relationships with families, the community by empowering them to access services, strengthen parenting confidence, and engage fully in their child’s learning and development journey. As a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner you will contribute/deliver welcoming, accessible, and inclusive Family Hub services that meet the diverse needs of the local community.

Requirements
Professional and experienced Best Start Inclusion Practitioners
Passionate about working collaboratively with families, early years settings, health professionals, and community partners
Skilled in building strong relationships with families and the community
Valid right to work in the UK
Satisfactory pre-employment checks
