Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Post graduate qualification in Renewable Energy, Project Management or related field preferable
Demonstrated background in large utility renewables projects in the developer, EPC, or technical advisory space

Job Responsibility

Leading and coordinating the development of concept, and detailed designs for solar, wind, and BESS projects
Acting as the key interface between the internal design team, clients, and contractors
Overseeing multidisciplinary design teams
Managing design reviews, and ensuring alignment with project objectives, technical requirements, and compliance with Australian standards and statutory regulations
Collaborating with project managers, design teams and subcontractors to deliver integrated project outcomes
Coordinating and lead Safety in design workshops related to detailed designs activities
Providing design leadership during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, including site inspections and technical support
Acting as Owner’s Engineer or technical advisor for clients, ensuring design integrity and compliance throughout project delivery
Engaging regularly with clients and stakeholders, delivering technical presentations, reports, and design progress briefings
