Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Contract Benefits & Wellness Consultant to join their team. This is a high-impact opportunity to support a fast-paced benefits function across the Americas. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, service-driven benefits professional with strong communication skills, deep knowledge of benefits administration, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, evolving environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, required
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits and wellness administration, required
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits plan design, including healthcare, retirement, and work-life programs
  • Experience managing day-to-day benefits operations, including employee inquiries, vendor management, billing, and HRIS updates
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting leave of absence, disability, and accommodations processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Understanding of benefits compliance requirements, including 5500 filings, 1095 reporting, and non-discrimination testing
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with payroll reconciliation, vendor reporting, and benefits data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
