Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design and delivery of innovative reward initiatives and lead key projects focused on colleague benefits, recognition, and wellbeing
  • Create engaging communication plans that resonate with our colleagues and align with our overall Colleague Promise
  • Manage system testing and ensure smooth delivery of changes to our benefits offerings
  • Oversee budget management and collaborate with our Events team to deliver engaging recognition events
  • Advocate for our Total Reward offer, ensuring all initiatives are fair and consistent

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for benefits and wellbeing, with a focus on enhancing the colleague experience
  • Experience in HR/reward, particularly in designing and delivering colleague benefits and recognition
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively across various levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven project management experience, including budget oversight and team coordination
