Our company is seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Benefit Specialist to join our human resources team. In this role, you will support benefit administration and assist employees with inquiries related to health, retirement, and wellness programs.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions
Coordinate open enrollment activities and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintain accurate benefit records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Partner with external providers and manage vendor relationships
Prepare benefits communications, reports, and presentations
Support wellness initiatives and assist with benefits-related projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in benefits administration or as a Benefit Specialist preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
High school diploma required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
