Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Benefits Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Stamford, Connecticut, this role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in managing and enhancing backend functionality within Ceridian DayForce. The position involves collaborating on short-term projects, optimizing system processes, and ensuring smooth benefits coordination for employees.

Job Responsibility

  • Update eligibility rules and rate tables within Ceridian DayForce to align with organizational policies
  • Create customized reports to support data analysis and decision-making
  • Design and test system integrations with third-party tools to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Oversee the employee self-service portal, focusing on benefits-related functionalities
  • Assist with implementing and refining processes for benefits self-service
  • Collaborate on short-term projects to improve benefits management and system utilization
  • Provide training to staff on performing routine updates and changes in DayForce
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all benefits-related activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions when necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Ceridian DayForce, particularly backend functionalities
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and coordination processes
