Job Description:

Atlassian is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead and manage our benefits programs in India. This pivotal role involves designing local benefit programs that align with our global strategy, ensuring they are both sustainable and impactful. The ideal candidate will enhance Atlassian’s employee value proposition while identifying and supporting new opportunities to meet the needs of our diverse and rapidly growing business.

Strategic Benefit Management and Design
Benchmarking
Implementation
Manage local pension/provident fund plans
Governance
Consulting
Communication
Vendor Management
Query Management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field like Human Resources, Business Administration
8+ years of benefits experience
strong understanding of insured benefits, retirement savings, wellbeing and leaves of absences
strategic thinking and good business judgement
strong project management skills
excellent analytical skills
strong communication skills
high level of personal integrity
ability to work independently under pressure
demonstrated skills in influencing problem-solving

Nice to have:

Confident presentation and facilitation skills
experience working with Workday HRIS, Google Suite
innovative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging technology in benefits administration
