This position will focus on employee benefits administration and HRIS management, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and strong employee support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the point of contact for benefit inquiries
Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro (HRIS)
Pull and analyze information to create metric reports for leadership
Conduct regular data audits and ensure information accuracy
Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis
Requirements:
Experience in Benefits Administration and/or HRIS
Strong proficiency in UKG Pro and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
